Returns, Refund & Exchanges (Replacement)

Hello, 
We are here to help you, and we make sure that you will receive  correct product that you have ordered, but at the same time, to secure our website from frauds we have some strict rules and regulation. We request you to read all our terms and conditions and return policies etc before placing your order. 

You can initiate a return or exchange by contacting us at +91 7828475379 or  mail us on [email protected] within 2 days of having received the product. Although, final decision of returning, exchange or refund or any other solution of the dispute will be taken by company, and you have to accept it. If company agree for exchange the product, then company can’t be forced and is not responsible  for refund or return by customer or any person or institute. Similar conditions are for return ,replacement and refund. Only “deals of will ” or “kiss 2 baby” company will decide weather to refund the money or replace the product. Customer /buyer can’t choose. All conditions for refund and replacement would be same. Return/ refund/replacement  would not be accepted after 2 days of delivery of any item.

 Please note that:

  • Product must be unused, unwashed and undamaged. Please ensure to return the product to us within 7 days from the date it was delivered to you. 
  • In case of an exchange, we would ship a new product in same style, if available, after we receive back the product.
  • In case of a refund, we would issue you store credit valid for an year. You can use it for any purchase on our site.
  • Kindly allow us 3 working days to process refunds after the returned product has been received by us. 
  • You will receive the refund in same bank account that is used for purchasing the product, (we cant refund in another bank account).
  • But company could change the rules of refund. Kindly read the instructions time to time.
  • A custom-order or product purchased under sale-offer can not be returned.

Return Request will not be accept if the reasons would be among any of below
  1. ordered by mistake
  2. i found better price somewhere else
  3. size issue (i wanted large, but i brought small)*
  4. color issue (wanted green, but ordered red)*
 
*these can be eligible for exchange with your desirable size/ color.

Must need below items, documents etc while submitting a return, refund, exchange request.

You have to submit the proof while asking for refund/ return/exchange. Please contact officials of company on email to know what you can submit in proof.

If product didn’t deliver to you- Product details, order number, tracking number (if provided). Customer must have to submit an application mentioning about your concern in detail with sign of post office manager and seal of post office. 

If package delivered to you is empty- A video proof (uncut, not edited, clear video ) of opening the package in front of delivery agent showing order number, item name, delivery address, customer’s name and inside item . Video must be clean , clearly visible, not blurred. Video must contain name and id of delivery agent, and company name of delivery agent .If you submit wrong proof or tampered proof, then company can take legal actions against you (customer who claim for refund). Keep the packaging and product (whatever comes inside it) with you till company’s agent visit to your address for proper inspection. In case of violation of any of the above , company will reject your claim, and will block you forever. Refund will not be initiate till company will do the proper inspection. Company could ask for more proofs and other details regarding this order and customer.

Cancellation & Refund

  • You can cancel an order anytime until it is shipped. order cant be cancelled after invoice for the product is made.
  •  A custom order, however, can be cancelled only within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • To cancel, contact us at +91 7828475379 or  mail us on [email protected] with order number. 
  • For prepaid orders, the amount will be refunded to the same account within 10 working days. 
  • In case a COD order is rejected, we would not provide COD service again to the customer.
  • We make every effort to fulfill your order. However, under rare scenarios, we might be unable to process it and have to cancel it. In such a situation, we shall inform you promptly. Any payment received will be refunded within 10 working days. Please note that our liability will be limited only to the refund of your payment.

A product purchased on www.dealofwill.com is eligible for return within the return period mentioned in the table below if it fulfils any of the following conditions:

Product delivered is different from what was ordered

Product was received in a physically damaged condition or was found defective when package was opened.

The product or parts of the product or accessories that were described on the website as “ In the Box” was missing.

1)All our packages are sealed with three “Tamper Evident Void Seals”, click here for more information on our packaging. Please ensure that you do not accept packages where the seal is tampered. Acceptance of a tampered “Void Seal” or a damaged box will automatically disqualify any return claims for physically damaged/defective products, incorrect product or missing accessories.

The below product categories are marked as “non-returnable” unless the package received is verified as Defective or Damaged

Mobile Phones and Laptops

Mobile Phone accessories like screen guards, screen protectors and tempered glass

All console games and PC games that are labeled as non-returnable on their product detail pages.

2. All items to be returned must be in their original condition along with the following.

· Original Order Invoice

· Original packaging with labels, user manuals and warranty card

· Serial Number/IMEI of the product being returned should match our system

· Any accessories/components, combo or bundle products or freebies you received with the purchase

· For Wrong product/colour, incorrect description and missing accessories, the product should be unused

· For “ Defective on Arrival” of installable products, returns will be accepted only if the product was installed by our engineers

· Returns will not be accepted if any of the installable products is unboxed and or installed by customer himself or by anyone. Any damages or defects for such products will not be accepted. These could include but not limited to –
1. GAS Leakages in Air Conditioners2. Wrong connections or Wrong installations3. Missing items reported, damages, dents etc.

· For DOA of non-installable products, replacements would be processed basis the following

· All Apple products (smartphones, macbooks, airpods and accessories) must include a DOA or defective certificate from a Brand Authorized Service Centre

· Products like Smartphones and Laptops must include a DOA or defective certificate from a Brand Authorized Service Centre

· Final QA of the product and certification of defect by the our engineers when the product is received back as a return

· Failure to return the freebie/promotional product availed in the order will result in refund of only the product being returned/cancelled

3. Please ensure you have erased any/all personal informed from an electronic device that stores any personal information prior to returning. Reliance Digital shall not be liable for any misuse or usage of such information.

How to generate a Return Request:

Please call our customer support center to get a Return Authorization code and request a pickup. An email will be sent with the Return details. Pick up of the order to be returned will be arranged only after the Return Authorization code is generated.

Please ensure you collect the manifest copy from the courier personnel picking up the delivery. This will be your reference to track the Return order transit and claim for any losses in transit.

Once we receive the product back, our engineers will evaluate the returned product and provide resolution based on the evaluation report.  The replacement product will be shipped out basis the evaluation report.

If you’ve received a non-returnable product in a damaged/defective condition, please contact us within 2 days from the delivery of the product.

 

 

Return /Cancelation policy for “J Papers”

  • Customers can cancel the the order of J Papers, before starting of their subscription date. Only base price of “J Papers” will be refund to customer via same medium that he/she use to deposit the money.
  • For any query or for more information, regarding “J Papers”, please contact us.
  • Any where the word “J Papers” written in “www.dealofwill.com” refers to our product which is a pdf, selling only in “www.dealofwill.com”, Please don’t buy from anywhere else, those would be fake.
  • If customer can’t pay their 1st subscription amount on the given time, then “J Papers” will be canceled automatically,  but customer have to contact us to get the refund. Since “J Papers” are not valid after not paying 1st subscription amount, in such case, “deal of will” or any other person or company is not liable to give customer any money except the base price of “J Papers” in which customer brought it, and security money deposited by customer.
  • On cancelation of order, the security money in customer’s wallet deposited by “deal of will”, is also going to be taken back or deducted from “Wallet”.
  • Customers can cancel/return the the order of “J Papers”, after paying their 1st subscription amount, and in such case, the security deposited by the customer to “deal of will”, will be given to him /her after the expiration date of “J Papers” that he/she brought. Before the date of validity of “J Papers” on person is liable to refund the security deposit to customer.
You will receive refund only in wallet of “deals of will” website.
Concern Customers /buyers would pay  the delivery charges and other additional charges or taxes, while returning the item.
Company has all the rights to provide you other solutions of the dispute.
